NOT THE WALL AGAIN!!!!

Can you believe it? I'm on the wall again! What does a girl have to do around here to stay off this darn thing? I guess I'll 'hang around' to find out! Mom had some other pictures that she couldn't resist posting so here they are. One of me in my snow bunny outfit for those COLD winter nights back in the midwest that I'm going to experience this Christmas and one of me and Mom at the Wrightsville Beach Floatilla that we took Great Aunt Glo to and then a picture of Dad with HIS godmother Glo and ME...of course! Great Aunt Glo came for a visit!!

We were all so excited to know that Great Aunt Glo was coming down for Thanksgiving! We knew she was driving a terribly long way just to spend a few days with us...how utterly thoughtful!! We had told Raquel she was coming and she too was soo excited! THEN..dun,dun,dun! The antlers came out and the paparazi came around and Raquel was rethinking her enthusiam! Just kidding! We loved having Glo here and would have loved for her to stay even longer but she had to get back. Thanks Great Aunt Glo for being the first extended family member to share in the celebration of a holiday with me and my family...hugs and kisses, Raquel. P.S. Thanx for the footzy time and sing alongs, I truely loved the bonding time!

WE SAW SANTA...WE SAW SANTA!!!!

I don't know who was more excited, me or Raquel to see Santa. I would guess it was me! Everything is good in NC. Just finalizing the sale of our house and getting ready to go to Atlanta to look for our 5th home (in less than 9 years of marriage). Boy oh boy does that GE keep us a movin' and shakin'! We got real lucky with our house here and actually sold it before listing it and for those of you who watch real estate that is pretty unheard of these days with the market being as soft as it is, so we were quite thrilled! Now off to Atlanta where we will hopefully be as lucky with finding a house. Actually, I've already found it! It will just take Ross seeing it in person and knowing that there's not a bee-keeper living next door for him to realize that it will be our next home! We have to be out of this house by Jan. 7th so we better get a move on!! We hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving and don't eat too much!

Easter egg or Candy cane?

Well it's official!...My parents are freaks and insist on dressing me like holidays! (But I do look cute don't I) And my 'nanny' Jenn, I just love! She spoils me terribly and I know that Mom and Dad are trying to convince her to come to Atlanta with them and live with us but we don't know if she can yet. (She looks like Katie Holmes doesn't she?) Take care everyone and we'll see you when we arrive on the 13th of December!

They have the same amount of hair now!

For all of those who thought Lil' Prince Jolly Mon' was beginning to look like a 'Stray' or a 'Bush', you'll be glad to know that he got his hair done so that he now looks like Raquel, BALD AND BEAUTIFUL!

New Stats on RJ

Well our 'little' one is growing up quite nicely. We had to get her first round of shots yesterday (boo-hoo), but may I say, she handled it like a champ, unlike her Mom who doesn't want to experience that again. Anyway, we got her 'new' measurements and weight: Birth: weight 7lbs 11 oz. Birth: length 19" Birth: head circumference 13" Now: weight 11lbs 6 oz. Now: length 22.5" Now: head circumference 15.5" Can you believe it!!! In just 9 weeks she has grown so much, she's almost TWO FEET tall!! And that melon, well it's just growin' and growin' but hopefully it won't get as big as her Mommy's because she would look so cute in hats and Mommy can't find ones to fit her own head!

Trick or Treat and Oh My Gosh...Nice Neighbor!

Raquel and I decided to go ahead and do some trick or treating because those of you know...'Beast' likes food! Actually, she slept through the whole affair but Momma had some fun because I have always wanted to go trick or treating and every year Ross always tells me I'm too old. Well Ah Ha! I've got me a young one now and I have the "RIGHT" to parade up and down the streets late at night with my 8 week old looking for high frucose substances and no one can tell me any different! And the neighbor....nice guy!! REALLY!!
