The future Bears cheerleader

Well as we all know, our beloved Bears did not win their first game of the season. BUT....as we all know, that don't mean crap! Da' Bears will come back especially since they have the newest and greatest cheerleader ever....introducing "Growlin' Rocky Raquel' the newest, baddest,best cheerleader ever. the one that will take this team to the Superbowl AGAIN this year just like she did last year but this time we will WIN!!!!( Not to mention, Gene Simmons ain't got nothin' on this one)

I GOT A NEW TOY....YEA!!!

S. Grandpa was here for RJ's B-day and spoiled her. She got a lot of lovely gifts from him but one that she is particularly excited about is her new walker. When she gets up in the morning, it is the FIRST thing that she goes for ( after she eats of course because she is the Beast) and then continues to walk and run with it. I tell you, that child is going to be going crazy through this house in no time!! And no thanks to Super Grandpa:) (Just kiddin', we love you) And of course, you all get the tongue!

Raquel's FIRST birthday!!!

So it was Raquel's big day and BOY OH BOY did she have some attitude! First she didn't want to open her presents then she wanted her birthday hat OFF! then she wanted out of her party dress and when presented with cake, she screamed! So needless to say she did not have any cake except for the one finger that touched the frosting of which she proceeded to wipe on her pink blanket. But super grandpa was here to help celebrate which I think she enjoyed, especially when he would let her inspect his tongue (her newest thing she loves to do) It turned out that that was the only way she would stop screaming long enough that we could get a couple of pictures. She's a nut that one! She did have many nice presents and well wishes sent her way for which we thank you all! But can you believe it's been a year? WOW, time does fly!
