MRI update

We got the results of Raquel's MRI and it has been decided that it would be best to ahead and perform the surgery to correct the blockage in her left kidney and at the same time, since they will already have her sedated , to perform what is called 'deflux' which will hopefully correct her reflux in her right kidney. All in all Dr. Kirsch is hopeful that this will do the trick and if it does she will not have to be on meds for the rest of her life (which is good) It will be scheduled sometime in the next 4-6 weeks and she will have to stay in the hospital hopefully no longer than a couple of days. We will be able to stay in the room with her over night and throughout the entire stay which if they told us we couldn't someone was going to lose an eye!!!
